Vegan Overnight Oats Recipe

Do you often skip your breakfast due to morning rush? If this is the case then this overnight oats with fruit and nut could be the simplest and healthiest option which you can grab in breakfast. It does not require any cooking at all. The preparation has to be done on previous night. All you need to do is to assemble the oats before eating. This dish is packed with fiber, micronutrients, protein and good fat which will help you to kick start your metabolism for the day.

Since this overnight oats recipe is vegan, it can be tried by people watching their weight, vegans and also the ones who are lactose intolerant.

Preparation Time – 5 Minutes ( + need to sit overnight )

Utensils Needed – Airtight Container

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons almonds, pista and cashewnut
  • ½ Cup Chopped Fruits ( banana, mango, pomegranate, kiwi, cherry )

In an airtight container mix oats, maple syrup, vanilla, chia seed and almond milk and let it sit for overnight. In the morning stir the oats and top it with mixed fruits and nuts. Serve and enjoy!
