Banana Almond Smoothie: A non-dairy smoothie recipe

This banana almond smoothie recipe is a great energizer. It’s a non-dairy smoothie, so it’s great for people who are watching their weight or avoiding dairy. It’s loaded with good fats, healthy carbs, and protein. This banana almond smoothie is loved by kids and takes absolutely no time to make.

Course- Breakfast/Snacks

Total Time – 5 minutes

Serves-1               

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 10-12 Almonds
  • 3-4 Cashews (optional)
  • ¼ Tsp Vanilla essence
  • ¼ – ½ Tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 Cup cold water/½ Cup Ice cubes

Method:

  1. Bring the banana and almonds and vanilla essence in a high-speed blender along with water/ice cubes and blend it until smooth.
  2. Add the cashews and pulse the smoothie 4-5 times. Stir in the cinnamon powder as per taste and enjoy the drink.

Calories: 227 Kcal,  Protein: 4.7 g, Fat: 10.3 g, Carbs: 29 g
