Strawberry Peanut Butter Smoothie- A dairy free, high protein snack.

Strawberry Peanut Butter Smoothie- A dairy free, high protein snack.

This high protein strawberry smoothie is a healthy and easy breakfast or snacking option. It’s as easy as tossing all the ingredients in a blender, making it perfect for people who like to keep their mornings hassle-free.

Coconut milk is great if you’re lactose intolerant or going dairy-free. It can be easily replaced with almond or soy milk as well. Peanut butter and coconut milk provide healthy fats and protein making you feel fuller for longer. The addition of strawberries provides the much-required vitamins, minerals, and fiber in this recipe.

This high protein strawberry smoothie can replace your breakfast or even snack as it provides enough calories and keeps you feeling fuller for longer.

Total time:  5 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries (frozen)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp stevia (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour into a glass and serve.
  4. You can add some ice if you want to make the smoothie chilled.

Calories: 384 Kcal, Protein: 7 g, Fat: 36 g, Carbs:15 g
